Q. Hi Dear Sirs Looking for a guide price for my vagina tighter with vaginal surgery. I am 32 and had 2 children few years ago and after the birth i starting experiencing problems with urine leaking out in small amounts at any given moment. I also have problems getting any intense feelings from sexual intercourse and have a lot trapped wind up there when i do have sex which is not very often. A. My suggestion is that you perhaps have them done at separate times, but they can be done together. The cost of Vaginal tightening is about £3850-£4500. That of Breast Aug is about £3800.
