Q. I am now 7 months post C section for HELLP and have still got a swollen pelvic area which is very tender constantly with a tugging sensation down to the vaginal area. The gp sent me for an USS showed a polycystic ovary but nothing else he is mystified why Im so tender I am menstruating very heavily with very fresh blood. Can you help??,

 

A. Thanks. Possible some degree of hormonal imbalance, if your USS is totally clear. This can fairly easily managed.
