Q. hi, i have polly cystic ovary syndrome, i have seen a gynecologist but she tells me there is no pain, and i am in terrible amount of pain everyday, i would like a second oppinion. is there pain with polly cystic ovaries?,
A. Some ladies with PCOS certainly complain about pain. It is best to look for other causes of pelvic pain, though, before attributing it to PCOS

Q. Hi, I am really worrying about something and I hope that you can help me with it. Here’s the thing, I had sex with my long term boyfriend two days ago. The only different was that it lasted longer than usual and we used lubrication. Since then I have had slight swelling and it stings most of the time just inside my vagina, mostly when I urinate which is really painful. Like a burning sensation. I have also started producing a lot more discharge which has changed from a white to a slight yellow. I’ve had an std check since being with him and we have both been faithful so I’m ruling that out, I have also had thrush before and it doesn’t feel like that. Could you give me any answers? Thank you in advance,
A. Thanks. The stinging sensation may be due to subtle trauma to the vaginal skin and maybe also bruising to the bladder wall. Otherwise, to check for possible std, it’s best to see your GP or go to the nearest sexual health clinic.

Q. I have had no periods for the last 6 years I have had 4 pregnancys 2 full terms 1 miscarriage 1 abortion I have had blood clots ( no blood) and 3 bleeds in 6 years I have a swollen stomach at random times pain and pressure in my left had side I am in pain during sex, I have had the same partner for over 6 years and constant tiredness and lack of energy and I have black outs where I completely forget things I have had a laparoscopy that showed endometriosis but I still feel there’s something else wrong! i could really do with some advice, have you any idea what this could be? Please help ,
A. Thanks. You do sound like you are likely to have endometriosis. The pre-menstrual and peri-menstrual symptoms associated with this can be quite disabling sometimes. You do need treatment, which may involve hormonal and sometimes drastic medication, such as Zoladex. I hope this helps you. Take care.

Q. Hi Mr Daniel! It seems like your expertise is more on women side; but I am sure you will be able to help me with an issue.
I just want to know if a woman can receive sexual satisfaction with a man whose penis is bent towards the one side during his erection??? thanks for taking the time for reading this
Kind Regards,
A. Thanks, you are correct, I am sure/I hope I can be of some help. I think you will need to be innovative about your sexual techniques. its quite obvious you may not find certain positions suitable and both of you will need to find which position is best for you. I assume he is going to seek further treatment to see how his penis can be straightened, lengthened and corrected. Stimulation of clitoris consistently should bring you to orgasm, Which other way or position and depth penile insertion is possible, is a compromise you have to make. I hope this helps

Q. Hi,
I am 18 years old and have been trying to lose my virginity for the last few weeks with my long term boyfriend, but it isn’t working out. at first his penis wouldn’t go in really, but when he finally was able to get it in, the pain was overwhelming and i had to push him out. We have been trying ever since then and no matter what it just hurts too much and we have to stop. He is very big, and I have never put anything big in there before, could that be the problem?
is this normal or is something wrong with me? It’s not a burning pain, it’s just like this awful feeling like he’s ripping me apart and it almost made me cry. Once he gets in deep enough I have to instantly ask him to stop, it’s that bad and it would be impossible for me to go on. please give me your advice. Thanks! much appreciated.
Rebecca,
A. Thanks. This is a normal experience from what you have descibed, for many ladies, its the hymen being stretched.

Q. Hello,
I have noticed after intercourse I am bleeding a little, I have no changed in my menstrual period, and I have done a chlymidia test which came back ok. Should I be worried? ,
A. Thank. You need to see your doctor who is going to decide whether this may be due to hormonal imbalance, of nothing can be found on your cervix and no evidence of infection.
