Q. my wife had a full hysterectomy 18 months ago. she is unable to take any form of hrt as her body reacts badly to it. she’s tried replens and yesyesyes but these don’t provide sufficient lubrication. we cant have sex and are living as friends, not lovers.,
 
A. Thanks. U can try other lubrication. You may find that its more of emotional connection with you that is the problem. If you deal with this you may solve the problem with Replens or nothing at all.

Q. hey i lost my virginity when i was 16 and am a muslim girl am no longer getting married to the person i lost my virginity to so its very imprtant that the person i get married to thinks and fells that i am a virgin. i wont be getting married unit a another 4-5 years so if a get ther surgery done in the next year or two will it stay or will the hymen get torn again? i live in manchester so is there any clinic close to machester? what are the costs of the surgery? and if a book in advance how much cheaper will it be? hop you can answer my questions thank you ,

Q. HI, i had a posterior vaginal repair operation 6 1/2 weeks ago and found out today that my poat op check up is in 5 months time, so that is 6 1/2 months after my op….i rang the hospital and i was told that there were no earlier appointments. This has upset me a lot, as i feel i am not being looked after properly. Can you please advise me,

Q. I am now 7 months post C section for HELLP and have still got a swollen pelvic area which is very tender constantly with a tugging sensation down to the vaginal area. The gp sent me for an USS showed a polycystic ovary but nothing else he is mystified why Im so tender I am menstruating very heavily with very fresh blood. Can you help??,
 
A. Thanks. Possible some degree of hormonal imbalance, if your USS is totally clear. This can fairly easily managed.
