Q. I have had an IUC since the summer and have never had any problems with it until now. I’m starting to think I might be pregnant. I can’t feel the threads and my breasts are getting bigger and tender. It is too early to take a regular pregnancy test (clear blue) so I need to find a gynaecologist to go to. I have had an itchy and burning vagina for around 8 months now. I have had every test done even a cervical smear. I am worried I have vaginal cancer and I am not being listened to because I am young at 22.,
