Q. Hi, i had a baby 16 weeks ago, I took a bit longer to heal than the six weeks as i kept getting an infection. I was given the go ahead for sex 6 weeks ago. We are have trouble finding the hole! It feels like the hole has moved and has closed right up, when we atempt penetration it really hurts, it feels like a tight pressure and feels to both of us that it has no way of going in. After a while of lubrication and massage, his penis eventually goes past the entrance and i feel a constant pain and tight pulling. It slowly goes in sl;ightly further but hurts as the end of the penis touchs the side. The only position we can do is spooning. Since I stopped taking the oral contraception pill celest in January 2010 I have only had 2 normal periods.
I had a withdrawal bleed after my last pill but nothing in march 2010. I went to the drs and was prescribed provera and had a withdrawal bleed.
I was prescribed this once more with a bleed but since then I have not had a period nor am I ovulating.
My husband and I are trying for a baby but due to me not ovulatiing this is not happening.
I have been referred to the hospital and polycystic overaries have been ruled out.
What is wrong with me? ,
A. Thanks. You probably have post-pill amenorrhea due to not ovulating., but I think you and your husbancd probably should have a full fertility investigation and perhaps then started on ovulation induction medication
