Q. hi there ive had 2 mis carriages one after another this is going back about last year july but since then me n my family hae gone thru quite a lot of stress coz we nearly lost our home and were living else where since dec but since the 2 mis carriages i get really heavy periods and whenever the man ejaculates inside me next day i start getting painful symptoms like my stomach starts getting blotted and i get pains at the back and it feels as if im pregnant but ive not been pregnant and ive had a swab test internal check a smear test and all the results have come out fine but this time its been really painfull and i need advice that what shall i do and whom shall i consult too as once periods come after that im fine untill i dont have perm into me as soon as i have it my pains start and its very tiring with three kids and trying for a 4th baby but the pains really put me down and we are trying to have a 4th baby but no luck so please if you can guide me the right way thank you,

Q. I cannot have penetrative sex without it being painful. I get red sores around my vaginal opening which tend to bleed during sex. I have been to several doctors and STI clinics but no one has been able to give me a answer. All i know is it is really affecting my realtionship. I have been told that the problems may be psychological, however i am bleeding and am visibly red and have sores particularly at each side of the opening which indicates to me that the problem cannot be just psychological. Please help me and advise on possible causes and treatment. I have been suffering from this for over a year,
A. You rmay benefit from LAVA, but we do Fentons’ procedure. Do get your GP to see it, when it is really bad, hopefully this will help diagnosis

Q. i had the depo injection in october 2010, and i bled continuously after it i did not have another one in december when i was due and now my cycles are irregular, ive been advised im not ovulating but my gp assures mr i am as im bleeding , im very keen to have another child or be pregnant by the end of this year as i turn 40 , so i feel i dont have much time left ,please could you advise me as im getting very frustrated not knowing

I went to see a consultant 2 years ago who informed me that this was the most painful operation. I left scared to death. Of course my problems have worsened and I have continual water infections, constant lower back pain. I know I will have to have this done soon but have no wish to go into my local hospital. Dont know if I can afford to be private. Please put my mind at rest, is he right,
