Q. hi have been tc baby #3 for 18ms after a mmc.gp has done blood tests to see if i am ovulating and 2 said i wasnt 1 said i was and i have a period (bleed) usually between 27 and 34 days,i am over weight but concevied my other 2 kids whilst over weight and managed to get pregnant 18mts ago but suffered a mmc but my doctor still refuses to refere me to the gyno saying that the likely hood is i will maybe get pregnant soon as i have mansged to concieve before.what else can i do
my husband had a sa and that came back fine.,

I have to go back in 2 weeks for another u/s. Is it certain I will miscarry? I am still to consider myself pregnant?,
A. Thanks. Yolk sac and a live fetus confirms pregnancy. It is best to wait for two weeks to find out than worry yourself unnecessarily. However, I do not have your doctor’s inforamtion, such as how many weeks your period has been late for, or in fact if your last period was really correct in terms of representing the begining of the cycle during which you got pregnant. Best to wait.

A. Thanks. Rarely, but not impossible. We do ocassionally have re-cannalisation of the tubes with spontaneous pregnancy, even this, the rate of ectopic pregnancy is higher. You will be best to seek a fertility expert, for possible assessment and if necessary assisted conception or IVF.
