I was diganosed polycystic ovarie in 2003 with in-regular periods…now over the years my periods has been coming every month on time, and me and my partner are trying for a baby, is there any possible chance that there is any way of me conceiving again, as i have one child already.,
A. You should try to conceive as normal, and see how it goes and seek help if not possible, earlier than later – perhaps after 6 months, unless you needed help with your first pregancy

Q. hiya i had a baby ten months ago and since then i cant stop weeing all the time even when i go it still feels like i need anought one. i bleed when i have a poo i feel like it al pushing down and somethink is falling out down there. my wee hole looks really far down were it shouldnt be, it look ,like ive bin cut all ova.it hurt when i have sex and bleed some times. is this normal after having a baby, ive bin to the doctors they dont really care they did a test to see if there was any infession but was all clear, i feel like am going mad please help many thanks.,

Q. how is that type of problem of skeleton(distance between ischia not large enough)called?is that a problem common?is there a solution or any site on net which might help?is it going to prevent birth?women with skeleton resembling more like the masculine type,leg start closer,are almost parallel.much fat up between legs even if women at 57kgs.when she walks the fat inner legs can be seen pressing against each other.very unconfortable to have intercourse as leg cannot be spread enough.fat in between complicates the situation for her husband.please help.thank you,
A. Thanks. You need to be examined and given practical advice. You can had a child by Csesarean Section if not possible by Vaginal route, that’s nothing wrong with this. If you ned further investigation, this can be decided after examination

A. If you scan was negative, there is hardly any need to do anythign further, you may see your GP for further reassurance regaring ovarian cancer and investigation of your feeling of bloatedness? bowel or hrt related.

Hi, i have had symptoms from when first started periods, of very heavy clotted periods where in some cases there has been very large clots and large pieces of tissue, i went for a laparoscopy last year and came up with no endometeriosis, but a 3mm fibroid, i then been under colp clinic for 2 years with abnormal smear tests but have recently been cleared, i am now trying for a baby, and have been for a while but no luck, i would like to find out if i am going to have complications conceiving and need advice do i have to be referred by a doctor etc, due to these problems i have lost my job as i get very sick and need to take time off work m i have become depressed about this issue and need to get it resolved.

My doctors keep saying I have depression and have put me on antipressants I feel sure it is an hormonal imbalance but they say not I am at my wits end. Could you please advise me.
