Q. I have had really bad itching on and off for the past 2 years no creams or lotions work just fed up with it have been under hospital for this,

 

A. Thanks. You perhpas need to have a biopsy, if there is a lesion causing the itching or if a lesion develops in the area. You need to speak to your GP again, perhaps referring you to a dermatologist

Q. What is responsible for causing a hot sensession on the right part of my lower abdomen from ovulation time to my menstral flo? Is it normal for to develop cough during ovulation, only for it to cease 3 days to the menstral flow?,

 

A. Thanks. The sensation is probably as a result of the changes taking place within the ovary after ovulation, in preparation for your menstrual flow. Sometimes, there may be bleeding into the ovary itself, which resolves itself before the menstrual flow. Cough is a reflex of the upper airway tract to any unpleasant stimulus or sensation. It is theoretically possible but not common. It depends on what is causing the cough.

A. About three months or less , if they are willing to see you under NHS

Q. Hey. I have enlarged labria on one side my doctor has wrote to either a gynecologyist or NHS  im not sure, but this was two months ago, do the NHS pay for it ? I wont even go out anymore im so embarsed.

A. Thanks. If your GP has referred you, you can wait and find out if your local gynaecologist are happy to do this under NHS. Most NHS PCT do not pay for this surgery.

Q. Hi. My wife had 3 misscarage after our first daughter, she is o- and is it becouse her blood is not compatible with the baby that why she had misscarage despite taking anti-d.pls what can be done to stop it and allow the baby to live,we do not mind/seeing a gynacologist. ,

 

A. Thanks. The best thing to do is to arrange to see your GP and/or gynaecologist. I assume they would have carried out some test first. On the basis of these test, you should be able to get some advise on the best way forward. Even when there is no positive (abnormal) result, this can be quite reassuring

Q. I am 34 year old I have one child I have a mirena put in to help the the period pain but it did not help at all I think it made it bad . for the time my period last i am sick can eat, it come back up . i have pain in my stomach for the whole time my period last should i get my womb remove ,

 

A. Thanks. Hysterectomy – having your womb removed is not always the best answer. Nowadays, it is an uncommon option for uncomplicated heavy periods. DO speak to your doctors about ablation technique
